Breaking Up is Hard to Do

On Friday 10th AUGUST many of us and our guests attended the musical "Breaking Up Is Hard to Do" performed at the Gryphon Theatre, a musical featuring the songs of Neil Sedaka; directed by Sandy Brewer, and presented by Wellington Repertory Theatre.

 

Many of us assembled for drinks and nibbles beforehand which added to the fellowship of the evening.

 

There were three raffles to add to the fundraising of the theatre tickets - thanks to support for these from New World Tawa, The Borough, and Twisted Willow.

 

The fundraising on this occasion was for our charity Foster Hope for which $500 was raised.    Thanks to those who were able to make it and also brought along guests to help with this fundraiser.
