The family Concert in the Park at Grasslees Reserve, Tawa on Sunday 5 March was lots of fun - with musical talent shared by the Tawa College kapa haka group, Gracenotes quartet, Royal New Zealand Air Force Band, and the RNZAF Band - Jivebombers. Jason Pine, experienced broadcaster, was the MC.Around 1000 people enjoyed the entertainment and community gathering with their family and friends. Tawa Rotary hosted the event and provided a popular sausage sizzle.
