
Tawa Rotary and Tawa Business Group recently held the annual Tawa Pride in Work Awards Dinner and Presentation ceremony for this event. Over 100 attended which was held at the Tawa Bowling Club on Tuesday 18 October 2022.
The Pride in Work Award is designed to acknowledge an employee or volunteer, irrespective of age or vocation, who in the eyes of their employer/organisation or customers, displays outstanding qualities in terms of approach, attitude, dedication and commitment to his or her job.
Celebrating our Employees and Volunteers has been a focus of the Tawa Rotary recent programme and the Tawa Rotary Pride in Work event is now in its 3rd year. We are grateful for our partners in this programme, the Tawa Business Group, for their participation and sponsorship, and all of the Tawa businesses and organisations who put forward nominations. And also to New World Tawa for sponsoring the meat pack prize for the raffle.
