Congratulations Malcolm Sparrow on the Paul Harris Fellowship award that he received on 19 July 2022 for his services to the community and local government. Tawa Rotary President, Joe Asghar spoke of Malcolm's significant contribution to the Tawa community over the years - through his many years of service on the Wellington City Council, his introduction of the 'get to know your neighbour' barbeques, his famous Tawa Link news that have had a wide readership and interest. While Malcolm and his wife Karen have now moved to the Kapiti coast, Malcolm noted in his thanks that he will always regard Tawa as a great community to be part of. |
