Raffle Update from Gaylene Greetings Tawa Rotary Club members I have now been given the amount the Rotary Club Raffle made on the selling of the raffle we held recently. Total Amount $4,579.70 There were no other costs involved as all prizes were donated. For that we thank, Whittakers, Mitre10, Bunnings, Twigland, Thyme Cafe, The Warehouse, TOA (ITM), and last but by no means least our own Lyn Calman from Ray White Real Estate to whom we owe the printing of our tickets. Without all of these generous people the raffle would not have been possible. Thank you to all the Rotarians who participated in either purchasing or selling of the raffle tickets for us to have made this amount of money for the Youth in our area. Thank you Gaylene Lines Book Fair 2021 Update - Thanks for those who helped at the last Saturday working bee. - There is another working bee coming up on a Tuesday evening before the BookFair commences - Tues 29th June. - Check with Gaylene or the Whatsapp group for times when the Kindy Building might be open if you’re free to help out sometime during the week. - The crate for book deposits at New World will be removed on Sat morning 26th June before their pop up market. If you haven't - don't forget to email Tony your preferred roster times. |
